Ok so the other night went well was think of doing another night might throw mine in for a freshin up rupe is keen to do his but will probly send the head away once stripped to reseat the valves so would only be a strip down. Sam reakons hers needs a service anyone else keen or need a rebuild. And yes ill bring in the quad this time for a play round as well as the pw50 may have the 80 going by then not sure we could do a rebuild on that if i get it rebored 1st.

To do it on the same scale as last time looks like the weekend/friday night 24 april after Hamilton 400 as im riding next week and rebuilding Sams car on the friday night. Then there is easter the next week following week im going the hamilton 400. So the 24th it is plenty of time to sort piston kit for those that want us to get them in if you dont have already.

Yes indeed... the farm up at Kumeu...its a mountain bike trail so its really tight...has sand and a bit of clay..not very long though...

Love to take along the XR200 motor for a strip down but that's more a diagnosis/repair job so having the right parts on hand to put back in would be a problem. But strongly suspect it's the oil pump not pumping enough pressure up through the cam journal.
