Help needed - Mounting Splash Back

Hi there

Before Grub died we bought a splash back for the kitchen ... he temporary mounted it using a couple of washers hooked up under the extracter. I would like to finish the job - but have no real ideas how.

I dont live near you unfortuanately, but may be able to provide some advice?? What type is it, are you just fixing it to GIB? Has it got holes pre-drilled? Maybe a photo?
