You name it, we will make it Paul. Rod size is optional too. Give us dimensions of what you want and we will price it for you. Jonathan does the machining on my lathe.:stupid:

Confirmed we can get them in nylon black. Also another material other than nylon which will supposedly wear better in a crash. Still getting pricing and colours for that type.

Just a quick idea to improve the product, but it does make extra work.
Make a cap that pops into the hole at the end.
This cap, maybe 15mm deep is the part that wears and can then be popped out and replaced.
Helps save replacing the whole item.
I will be keen on some black ones when I get the dimensions.

I'd be interested in two 100mm black ones. Let me know how much are the ones from the new material that you are thinking about.
I actually need one 130mm and one 150mm , in black.
Warren I have sent you an E-mail. Hope its doable, coz that will be fantastic

Hmmm, mised this the first time round.
The crash knobs in the phots above have seen far more action than I would have liked since reciving (read I fall off A LOT) them and I can report that they have held up increadibly well.
Top product for a very reasonable price. Thanks Warren:niceone:

There are a few different materials WarrenW could be using, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene is only one possible material.
