Riiiight. Helen knows this doesn't work. She learned that from her experience in NZ. You don't fight poverty from the bottom up Helen. The UN is financially bankrupt, crippled by their own bureaucracy and the largest organsised crime ring in the world. And they choose Helen. Good fit don't you think.
