Just sorting out my computers picture archives and found an older one from a few months back.

Taken in front of Cycletreads in Auckland...


I recon the owner just got sick and tired of the glass being broken.


Anyone got any other pics of interesting Kiwi ingenuity to share ?

not quite as enginuetic as that example above, but we were proud of it...

chain tensioner bolt didn't get put back on with the new chain... pity we only figured that out about 500kms down the road. luckily a hammer hardware store had a large collection of galvanised bolts...

Oh my god. I had heard stories about this from GiJoe but taught its some kind of a legend, but wow - it is real :clap:

you replaced a bolt with a bolt.... who would of thought of that aye. well done. next week maybe you can progress to doing up your very own shoe laces
