Hi,
Just moved here from Australia but originally from the UK. I am on my 10th bike which is an SV1000S. I love the roads around Otago (no-one on them and very few coppers). I`d be interested in finding out about some rides in the area. Cheers Paul

Hi Paul,
I'm getting back into riding again after a bit of time off and I'm also wondering about good roads around Dunedin. Apart from the short ride from town out to the albatros colony, can you recommend any nice twistys that aren't too far away? Really want to work on my cornering... Cheers

Hi
Hope to catch up sometime, the loop up through Middlemarch and back through the Pigroot is quite nice especially the Hyde-Kyeburn piece, a nice diversion is up through Macraes.

You can also do the roads north of Dunners via North Dunedin over Mt Cargill to Waitati then on to Karitane vis the coast road. Plenty of turns!
For a short ride there is George King Memorial Drive (turn off immediately after the Outram bridge and head up the hill. Come back via Dunedin - Middlemarch Rd.

Welcome to Dunners!
