Integrated tail light problem

Any ideas'. Right hand side blinker LED,s not working, in the tail light unit. Any one know who could fix it in the Wellington area ?

Is it a "Clear Alternatives" tail light and is it still under warranty? If so, they are very good to deal with directly for claims!:yes:
