Lost mine on a shitty seagate drive.
On top of Mt. Vic, level with the ground. One half was city and black clouds, the other blissful sunny islands.

Maybe tomorrow!

'66 Sears Sabre (Puch). Great pic. Bike cost me $100(us), and I put $200 into it. Sold for $1100. But my SRX600 is still my fav. I like the old stuff better than the new stuff.

I'm going to do this on the Kiwi Rider site.

If you want to be in it email me a 800 x 600px or thereabouts to

and call it 'reader's rides.'

You can do a write up too if you care to.

I'll format up a page shortly. Just got a few to finish writing up first.

Errr 1983 I think.

If I can only have one bike, that doesn't mean I get to restrict myself to one sort of riding. My CB250RS is old and slow and temperamental but it'll do anything if its owner is stubborn enough. The network of gravel roads criss-crossing the country are a completely new side of riding to me and I'll be damned if I'm going to give them up just because my bike's not quite an XL250.

This is a nice short run within spitting distance of Auckland on the way up to Puhoi.

I've got two faves... not strictly of my bike....

We bought a TL in 97 that I was a regular pillion on, so figure I can show my fave photo... It was at the Nurbergring in 2000 (we brought the bike to the UK with us) the pic is of my brother on his TL and my husband on ours after the first lap of "the ring". They were buzzing after that lap, let alone the next 4. Incidentally, Pete put those leathers on the other night for the first time in a few years... damn we had a laugh.

The second pic is of our bikes being dwarfed by elephants in India....

Mid week decision, 1200 km in 3 days, shame the Warriors didn't come to the party! (me in the middle)

I like this picture so much because it reminds of the fun times I had that weekend with some of my KBers buddies at the 1st (I think) KBer rally at Tokaanu, 2004. (My bike is the far away 1 before it had it's plain black paint job.)

This afternoon.

Especially notable for the bike actually being clean...

...until I got to Kaiaua where they appear to be carefully rollering a nice flat 2km stretch of mud.

Don't know why but love this angle of photo I took of my old Gixxer 1100, could have done with a better clean on that front wheel.

Hmm...my image isn't very big...size isn't everything aparently.
