Since Ive changed my hair style im getting this Love\hate reaction from everyone around.

I certainly find it refreshing. Gonna keep it growing till the end of uni.

in my younger days I use to have a mohawk as well (shorter on the sides) bit longer down the back...

didn't worry me what people thought... and most of the time once they knew me i was ok. it be comes a problem if you use it to make yourself look tough and intimidate people...
