Got my baby, finally

Just got my Honda XR 250, shes not on the road yet, but will be within the next couple of weeks.

oviously as its a motox bike, what helmet do you think i should get? a motox helmet , with some sunnies on lol? or would i still get a nice shoei road helmet. . but would i look silly with a road helmet on , while driving a motox bike.?

now just need to find some nice tauranga riders , too cruise around with ;P

Get an on road lid as it will be a LOT quieter at road speeds. You can get some snazzy looking jobbies these days that have a motox type peak so you get the best of both worlds :)

Depends what you want the helmet to do...if its only road riding get a road helmet, if you want to go adventure riding (gravel & some tracks) you can use an off road helmet or an adventure helmet like the Grex which give you the peaked off road style with a full visor.

Sounds good.. how do i know who the KBers are lol..?

So some are thinking the helmet that is abit of both..

I dono, its gona be my bike for everday stuff, would i look silly wearing a road bike helmet?
