That crew are ok :), we're doing a beach run Saturday ( well starting and ending on a beach ), enjoy the trail ride guys, wicked views.

There is one about 9km from Okaihau next Sunday - some tricky expert pieces - we've spent a few weekends sorting out the tracks - no mud to be found cause so dry, but hoping a few turn up eh

Start 9am Last Lap 3.30pm

Spectacular Scenery & Beach Location

All Ages - Abilities Catered For. Quad friendly, Expert only loops.

Food and Drinks available

Entry fee: Adults $35, Under 16 $20, Family $90 , Supervised Kids
Track $8.00 inc lunch

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No passengers,
drugs or alcohol.

Helmets and proper foot wear must be worn at all times

Also Sunday 4th April 4WD vehicle trail

Over the same marked track plus mud

$ 30 per vehicle to follow.

I take it you have got a bike mate, offroad one that is. No luck on the getting the road bike back?

Pic taken (3 yrs ago) from above the bay. Go for a swim after ride. Real nice part of the country.

That was a real great ride! Some fun expert bits, especially the up hill through the bush to the kauri trees.
Bit slippery after the rain on the long clay slight uphill through the trees.
