Betcha it'll be MUCH dearer'n a bike.
It's already nearly as heavy, slower, and has a smaller range.
It's also much uglier than the ugliest bike, and much less cool than the most uncool of bikes.

""The vehicles would automatically avoid obstacles such as pedestrians and other cars.
As a result, the Puma vehicles would not need air bags or other traditional safety devices. ""
I have drawn a picture in paint to express my concern.
Took me a long time too, you better like it.
In all seriousness, an open top one would be pretty cool.

Pushing it when it runs out of juice would be a real bitch I think.
Changing tyres could pose a challenge too I suppose.

Ditch the batteries, stuff a scaffolding pole into the front, strap in a couple of horses and it may have potential...

Just buy a scooter, use sod all gas to the point its probably better than the 4 hour charge every night for the emissions bollix.
Can park the little things anywhere.
Quick through traffic.
And it dosnt look like something bit off the last half of your smart car...

I really don't understand how having only two wheels is any advantage for a vehicle like that. Two wheels offers less rolling resistance than four, but requires complex closed-loop control systems and loads of extra electronics, so it certainly doesnt make it any cheaper or more efficient.

Not being able to take out pedestrians would become tedious after a while.:msn-wink:

I think its trucks that get him all confused isn't it?
There's no mention of black ice avoidance, and it seems pretty slow, this could be bad, but then again, it does have a roll cage...
