Hi All
Firstly I'm lost on this site, so god knows where this post goes to but no doubt many will tell me lol :-)

Had an amazing ride today, first time back on a bike and on the controls since 2006 and that is a "BIG" thank you to MT of Shannon, he allowed me to throw my leg over his Triumph Tiger 1095........the weather was superb and the company even better, though we may have taken a wrong turn at one point it only added to additional scenery that would not have been seen.

Hope everyone is having a very enjoyable relaxing Easter Weekend

Ride hard "BUT" ride safe.

Ciao
Cleo

your no longer lost babe

it was a great ride ..

thankfully it was a wee bit of a later start so it gave me time to be with my horses when all the hot air balloons ventured over their paddock this morning ..

excellent scenery & roads a bit of signposting where gravel had just been laid would not have been amiss .. along with the sheep  ... but that was a definate moment .. lamb came worse off though

good to see Radar join us for lunch .. but the sneaky devil never said it was his birthday :nono: good to catch up with Bitchy sista Elle too :sunny:

but excellent company & a good days riding .. home just on 7pm .. tinted visor was getting a bit hard to see out of, thanks Balzy & Red :)

you looked totally at home on the tiger Cleo .. just as well ya didn't have the platforms on or you might have been relegated to the 955i

Welcome to the site, you've got a great guide in Mark. On here he's known as The Duck 01, and a very good rider.

Hey Cleo - nice to meet you today. Sorry I did not converse much with you but the shy quiet gentle sweet ladies at our table somehow distracted me with their academic analysis of the world's economic situation, LOL!

Hope to see you on more KB rides. Probably will see you next time I meet up with chanceyy!

Thanks Jantar, Long time since the Passes Ride. And a lot of k's over the ditch and around NZ.

As Cleo said i have two Tigers by accident, an 05 which is on T/M and an 08 1050 which jumped out and said buy me. Not part of my plan but never mind.
My 01 has been retired from duty. And as Oldrider says i am The Duck 01/05/08 :eek5:

Cleo gets to my place and jumps on the 955i and said this bike is to tall for me, Abit like Goldie Locks and the three bears.[ She is Blonde] Oh well try the 1050 then. With a smile on her dial shes off. :scooter:
The Duck has to put a brave face on and ride the other one :innocent:
It was a good ride apart from our little incident with the mob of sheep.
Balszy thought it was a Toyota advert and said Get out of the way Sheep Shagger,Well the Buell took on the said shagger and both came off second best. He did well to save the bike from damage and rode on :bye: to the sheep.
Excellent day, nice new roads out the back of Carterton, when we found them.
Nice to meet up with some safe riders. Not to fast and no attitudes.

I had a great time - thanks guys. That poor lamb - I have it in my simple mind that he took it to the vet and it is all happy and healthy....let's keep it that way - I am incredibly sensitive!

Can I also say that it was nice to meet all you fellow riders, its the first time Ive been on a group ride like that and was a little nervous about the whole idea, but it didnt take long before I felt comfortable riding with you all and enjoyed your company, the ride and my pancakes with bacon and banana from Wild Oats!

Good thing I wasn't there then. I probably would've used a tool from my kit and turned it into chops!:msn-wink:
