I'm PTM (Luis) i'm a newbie, just getting my learners...
learning from Portokiwi....:( im from Portugal and my uncle is Streetfighter.
looking forward to someone who can give me some pointers or tell me where i can go to sit my tests, dont know where to go since i've only been here for 2 weeks since we've moved from Auckland... if there's anyone who can give me some help for my learnears, more than portokiwi (not too hard:lol:)

so you're just getting your learner licence? You'll need to

get your Basic Handling Skills certificate; and
do your motorcycling road code multiple choice scratchy test


I did my BHS with RoadSafe (http://www.roadsafe.co.nz/) out in a carpark in Petone, and then the road code test (plus eye check, getting photo taken and so on) at the AA shop on Plimmer Steps / Lambton Quay.

Once you're ready to take your restricted and so on you can book your test online and take it in a couple of places at least - there's Mt Victoria or Kilbirnie for a start.

No mate you are doing ok. Just have to do that basic handling test and stop killing the bike.
