Ardmore Practise Day 22 April

Hi All,
This will be my first visit to the ardmore track. I was hoping to get some practise in for the Maize Paddock MX.
If there are any KBr's around please stop by and say hi as i am fairly new to the whole thing. Will be riding a KX250F with #747.

the track was awesome!
I haven't been there for a good 3 years, and all the jumps feel much better, they actually have take off lips now! Johns doing a great job, track was in perfect nick, pity my bike siezed after 4 laps, had to scab rides off mates...

Hey Clmintie, were you the crazy guy whipping off snaps all over the track? Thats awesome that the common rider gets some cool photos. Unless you have a keen missus or some mates that don't ride, its hard to get any good photo's of yourself riding.
Speaking of which, any shots of these bikes/riders: kxf450 #32, crf450r #271, rmz250 #193?

nice stuff mintie. So you're right into the flash photog now? always been my fav. Had a D70 and a Sb600 flash but sold it to fund my bike lol. What flash ya got? pricey? good?

Cheers keezafish... I've got a canon Speedlite 430EX11. I use flash most of the time as fill in, but it's pretty dark now (after 4pm'ish) at Ardmore, so it's the only way to get a reasonable shutter speed...

All the novice classes filled up quickly, But there are a few spots left in the 10 to 13yr 85's.

I've not been before, John asked me to enter Grace, he must think she's quick enough..... (glows with pride.....)

I would hope novice means NOVICE, some of these kids have been riding half their lives......

Today there was a big turn out in jr 85 (maybe 55'ish) and Grace was getting good starts, then fading back to mid pack by race end. Her grin only just fits inside her helmet.. :ride:

the new ones are red and black and white, but yea pre 07 they were multi coloured depending on what model, what country, what time of the year, what day of the week etc
