Four dirt bike front tyres 21" - free to good homes

Due to the passing of my dear brother I have now inherited four second-hand dirt bike front tyres all 21" that myself and Mrs merv don't need so they are going free to good homes.

I've listed the four below and attached photos of each, and its first in first served and you are allowed to choose only one each by replying to this thread with your choice and you'll each see what others have chosen. I'll check back later and see how the thread is going and PM the four that manage first post for each tyre.

Two of these are road legal tyres, two are not in that they are "Not For Highway Use" - basically moto-x tyres. Our current tyres are still pretty good and we maintain our bikes road legal so that's why I am giving these away.

Winners will have to pick these up from my home in the great city of Porirua.

Available are:

1. Bridgestone Trail Wing 25, 3.00 - 21, 51P. (Road legal)

2. Dunlop K560 J, 80/100 - 21, 51P.

3. Dunlop Sports K490, 80/100 - 21, 51M. ("Not For Highway Use" moto-x tyre)

4. Bridgestone 80/100 - 21, 51M Motocross M39. ("Not For Highway Use" moto-x tyre)

The tyres all have a good bit of tread left on them and the moto-x tyres while not what Josh Coppins might want, still have reasonably sharp knob edges.

At that price it's a deal you can't refuse you dirt-bikers. Hear from you soon.

Crikey this is slow, and these tyres are FREE.

I tried to put links over over in the Adventure and Dirt forums to attract attention but the mods wouldn't let me do that :oi-grr:.

So I now have left one dual purpose road legal tyre and two moto-x tyres. Who wants them?

hi merv, a bit late i know but ive just read via your dr350 ad that your
brother had died, my belated condolences merv.i knew neal a bit through
trail riding etc and he was a top bloke and always super friendly.
i didnt realise he was your brother but there you go,small world.
if i had a bit of extra dough up my sleeve id have been interested in
his 350 for certain.did his xr200 sell? i think he bought that new from
dave whittaker honda in hastings and fitted progressive fork springs
after it threw him over the bars in a sheep rut..the flacid original springs
unable to cope

Yeah hi fridayflash, you've got it all right about Neil and so far the DR350 has sold and I'm close to finalising a deal for the XR200. He did look after his bikes well. Just been pacing myself and having to go to and from the Bay cleaning up the house as he never had a family I am it in NZ to do the job with Mrs merv.

We've basically just about finished the house and garages now and I brought the last of the bikes and bits back to our place on Sunday hence the tyres being available.
