Mrs X rang today specially to say she thought that you were a genius … yes that word used several times & what an awesome job you did for them the other week & how fantastic it was. .. always good to get great comments so thought I’d best pass them on.

The you in question needs something special I think, though he is of the reserved and modest variety. What do you think is worthy reward?
