Bike storage in Devonport?

Does anyone live (or know someone who live's) in Devonport who has some room for me to store the triumph?

I'm not allowed to keep it on the base.

Maybe I could do an hour's lawnmowing/gardening a week as rent or something?

edit: There is somewhere is takapuna where I can store it but that'll require a push bike to get there. So even if you only have room for a push bike thats all good.
