Pretty sure ive done this before but cant find it. What would be the correct pressures for my bike, 180/65/17 on back & 120 on the front. Had a couple of differant answers from a couple of mates from 26ish to 36ish???
Cheers.

the correct definite answer is between 26 and 42.
I favour 42 cause that is the answer to the universe.
more pressure = less grip less wear
lesspressure =less grip, less wear.
personal choice and feel.

Ok so sounds like 36 could be the go then, sort of in the middle.

Just try 30 front and 34 rear... should be ok at that.

36 front has been a standard on a lot of bikes running the 120 - rear between 36 & 42 depending on bike, rider weight etc. 39 is smack in the middle and a good starting point for the rear!

That's largely to do with wear. I favour a tiny bit less than 42 in the rear, but that's got a lot to do with the state of our roads :)
