Technically, you are quite correct...a pregnant woman's body temperature rises by a whole degree as the body heat generated by the baby is being disposed of by the mother's cooling system (aka armpits and such)

Thank goodness I'm used to the heat having been born on a tropical island, cos apparently sweating more profusely is a side effect of pregnancy :sick:. Thankfully, I haven't had that problem...
