Got my t-shirt 3 weeks ago so I'm sure it'll turn up Woody. As for the email address, do you need a new one? Have you tried asking the ISP provider to grant you access - not a problem I'm familiar with but can see how it could happen. You've been chatting to Russian sailors again....:devil2:

Will send it today.
You don't need access to your email account to change your email address on KB. Just goto UserCP -> Edit Email & Password and change it to a new one. Gmail is good, or I could set you up a kiwibiker email account.

Maybe you should do that. I think Jan means that someone has got the password to whatever her email account is, changed it, and has now stolen her address for spamming. This assumes she is using webmail, not popmail. If so she probably should simply dump that email address and obtain another - as you suggest.
