CR is going all good after it got fixed from Thunder - luckily didn't end up having to replace the swingarm. Been going most wknds. last month its just been me, brooklyn & Rachel with the other 2 out though. Rachel has a CR80 as well now.

It was on TM, he had a 02, fully rebuilt motor done 0 hours, or this one, an '03 with only 25 hours on the clock from new. The '02 is still available for $1150.

Sounds good mate Father daughter for me as well. My girl is only at the Learners and half B stage. We found a gate to go through which does 1/2 the B and back to the learners you can also do the very bottom bit of the MX track and get to it as well, so sounds good!

Yeah takes a few rides, kept stalling mine at first. Watched the vid, thunder looked real good, noticed yoy didn't fancy the big hillclimb near the beginin. That hill can be a bugger in the wet, good tho

i test rode a 450 about 3 years ago, have to say it had a heap of torque, but it bogged real easy, i like the snappy instant power of the 2strokes. maybe i should try the fuel injected ones??

Awesome day at Sandpit today. We looped the convict all day. Kids just got faster and faster. Couple of times they would venture onto the learners track for a blast and there was another KX60 and a KTM something and a DRZ125 and a CRF150 to challenge. (THe KX's and KTM's dominated that showdown) Their KX60 is a pocket rocket. I gave it a burl and in second it revved out to eternity. I had to sit right ontop of the tank all the way around the learners track because the front wheel just did not want to stay down. WTF it had more zing than my KX125! They will definitely not get bored with this rocketship. Yay my kids can ride the big loops now!

Tawny mostly teased with the throttle edging into the Powerband here and there, hasn't hit it hard yet. She's now assumed the Convict is her practice track. She'll be dreaming about it tonight for sure. She finds riding the KX way easier than both the PW and the XR. Lighter, more power and acceleration, plush suspension, easier to handle = more fun to ride.

Good to see you there Jt, You shoulda tagged along with us mate after your warning about the biog hole all 3 of us agreed to go around it. LOL!! when we got to it we all had a go, stuff goin round it! The other two got stuck sorta not to bad but I picked a rut, two over from where you where, which looked like it had a good exit and got bogged good. LOL!! noticed you didn't try the big hill! It was OK mate once you got up past the first bend it was all good!!

Other than the bog hole (we did go around it the next few loops) Thunder was mint Muddy enough to make it interesting and dry enough not to be a pain in the butt!

Our lady riders had a real good day! All took a step up in their skills, doing the 1/2 B loop twice and another track we found with a bit of a mud hole to Challenge them and get them all muddy!!

Good to see you there Jt, You shoulda tagged along with us mate after your warning about the biog hole all 3 of us agreed to go around it. LOL!! when we got to it we all had a go, stuff goin round it! The other two got stuck sorta not to bad but I picked a rut, two over from where you where, which looked like it had a good exit and got bogged good. Sandpit sunday, nowhere tomorrow, motomail haven't sent my clutch perch yet....Someone's getting a punch. :bash: (Ordered it from there on monday since I don't have time to get into a bike shop during opening hours during the week & that was the only nz place I could find online w/ one for my bike, got told it wasn't in stock but would be in in a day or two, told them it was sweet as long as I had it by the weekend. No reply since then & it's friday evening now...:no:)

On the other hand the stuff I ordered from mr.moto this week arrived post haste. Yay! :niceone:

You should have a look at Spectrum tomorrow, they have clutches including the perch so doesn't have to be the exact one.... Also Spectrum and Cycletreads will get them in if you ring them, easy to pick-up on Saturday or on Cycletreads late night then... just a thought anyway...
