High likelihood I'll be upgrading the bike in the next week or so, and I know for a fact the trade they'll give me on the FZR will be $2000. And at this point I can't be arsed going through a real private sale with negotiation and sh** talking...
So I figure if someone wants to pay $2000 and doesn't want to waste too much of my time, it can be all yours.
It's a 1990 model, done 36k, I wasn't really planning on upgrading just yet, but silly me made the mistake of test riding an 02 ZX6R and the rest is paperwork :) So it's just had an oil change last week, had the front brake serviced a few weeks ago, new WOF in Feb (replaced front brake light switch, otherwise sailed through). Good rear tread, acceptable front.
To be quite honest, if I was keeping it I'd be expecting to replace the front tyre in the next few months, and I'd be thinking about new head bearings in the next six months (although they tightened up okay). It's got all the usual knicks and scrathes you'd expect, but nothing to write home about.
If no one wants it from KB, I'll either trade it or flick it on trademe for more than $2k.

EDIT: As I still haven't confirmed the finance on the ZX6R, if for whatever reason I don't buy the ZX6R, I'm not selling this bike :)
EDIT2 1.30pm 14/03/05: Finance looking good but won't come through until later this week at the earliest. I have offered the bike to the previous owner as first dibs and am waiting to hear, but in lieu of that then I'll use order of responses received (I could think of no fairer way of doing it) I've got 1st Chch and 2nd & 3rd in Auck. Will let you guys know later this week I've got my act together!! Thanks for your interest.
