Controversial British chief constable Richard Brunstrom has announced his retirement from the Wales police force. Brunstrom – whose career hit a low note even by his standards when he used images of a decapitated biker in a press conference without the permission of the biker’s family – is to retire in July.
Brunstrom believes in a zero-tolerance policy to speeding, but thinks that heroin should be decriminalised. He is also an honorary druid.
