Hi, ive been riding for about three years now. My first bike was a 1981 R80G/s, what a great bike. had it for about 2 years and then needed something to play with. Sold the R80 and bought a DRZ400, what a great bike :yes:

My sister has been living in Auckland since 1999. I'm coming over to visit her some time towards November and will of course be looking to do some riding, preferably on the dusty stuff.

Welcom to KB, don't know about the Dusty stuff, but you will find plenty of the Muddy Stuff. how many litres is the tank on the DR?.

Yeah there's a few of us (I'm from Zim actually but they're close enough and I spent a lot of time there anyway).

Welcome Newguy, from Durbs myself about 8 years ago now...

Haven't picked up a dirt bike for many years now, used to do the local MX seen in Natal in the late 80's (I am getting OLD!)

From what I can tell seams to be a fair crowd of bikes out west Auckland way from Piha up to 90 mile beach, but I am sure the locals on the forum will fill you in.
