Heya mate, was just reading through when I saw your dilemma! You miiiiight be able to access trademe and other sites your work blocks by setting your browser (firefox or internet explorer) to go through a proxy server.

Or this one looks like you can just type the address in the bar and go from there, easy! http://www.proxeasy.com/


If you want to set firefox to go through a proxy go to "tools>options>" then clicked the "advanced" tab, under that should be another tab for 'network'... click that.

Then you should see a settings button for connection.. click that, then select "manual proxy configuration" and where it says "HTTP Proxy:" enter the proxy server address you chose from that list and then put the port number that goes with the address you got.

Easy! I do this at uni if I need to use msn and don't want to use Ebuddy :P
