Cyclespot Honda have a job vacancy. THeir parts manager is leaving. They want either an experienced parts guy OR someone with brillant retail expertise. If anyone's interested, give Grant Woolford a call - 09 486 1136

Sounds like a cool job. Ideal for someone on the Shore, not having to go across the bridge everyday.

Come to think if it, I haven't see Skidmark around lately

Anyone know where he is?

Mully, Cyclespot is a good shop.

They don't deserve that.

Hell, no-one does!

Even if he gets the job (0.01%?), I bet he'll be walking out the door within 2 months.

...No sorry, I meant 2 weeks.

I would love to do something different like that but only have insurance experience and lots of motivation / enthusiasm so that's me out

Lewis would be good - was the parts guy at henderson yamaha for a good long while then moved to wild west honda about 6 months before they closed (he replaced craig when he moved to cycletreads)

so now wild west has closed down he might still be looking for a job and definitely has the required experience....

He said he's already had about 35 calls for the position, and a little 18 year old youngin' just doesn't have the expertise needed!

Anyone know of any other jobs available for a little kipper?

Reeeaaaally not looking forward to ringing tradestaff :baby:

oh yep, sorry about that

Especially since i'm the girl who keeps telling the guys that we do it better!

So come on girls... lets make our mark in the industry - unfortunately we're still seriously under-represented in this job skill.

Now, now. No need to tell it like it is.

I'd apply but the pay cut puts me off. That and the 40+ hour week. And the fact I've never been busier. And haven't got a CV that's been updated in probably 6 years.

It's the ride from Waiuku to Takapuna thats stopping me taking that job & doing some seriously good work for Cyclespot Hooooonda

I'd be curious about this also. I have a friend that is looking for exactly that kind of job. Very qualified too. If the position has been filled does anyone know of anywhere else in Auckland that is looking for someone for their parts department or even a qualified motorcycle mechanic?

Get your friend to give the guy a call. If I had to guess, I'd say it was filled, but you never know.
