Need some advice from anyone who owns one or knows anything about them.
What are they like? Stupid question, but ..............having only owned suzuki and a one time bad experience on a honda have seen this one.
Have booked a test ride this weekend - but still would appreciate any info on the pros & cons of an aprillia.
Its Nz new with 39 on the clock and is immaculate - V-twin & fuel injected.
Any info appreciated

Go to the Aprilia Forum and have a look around, you will find all you need to know. As far as I jnow (which is very little) there are some electrical issues but not much else.

Ride it and I think will NOT be dissapointed. Come & join the dark side you know you want to!

Check out the cost of parts and servicing before you commit. I believe the parts costs can be high and supply is erratic, from those who have had issues in the past (an dnow own Japanese).
Nice bikes otherwise though, and cheaper to run and buy than a Ducati

The electric issuses mentioned in an earleir post is a real easy fix and should have been done anyway.
Parts prices are not too bad but having just changed NZ importer I am unsure as to the supply right now but I have not have any problems on Aprilia parts supply. Servicing costs have been the same as both my Suzukis and cheaper than my Honda.
