To build a 1000cc V Twin with 2 KX 500 cylinders on a custom set of cases.
Jam it in an RS250 frame and go spastic.

Or a CR500 in a 125cc motard frame.

Well a 500 is only heavier than a 125 because of the size of the donk and the xtra stiffness the frame needs...not much in it. 500 two strokes (singles) vibrate like fuck though. As much of a soft spot as I have for them...hell I've owned and raced probably 6 KX500's...modern 450 4 strokes are much nicer to ride and just as fast.

Luckily for me motocross bikes don't have such 'luxuries'. Doesn't stop me crashing them though.

6000rpm for max hp and 5000rpm for max torque seems rather excessive for two 1750cc pistons !!!
