That "extra leisure time" is only the time we gain by not applying makeup/styling our hair/picking which clothes to wear. Or cooking those eggs.

Pah - tell that to us bread winners... anyway - my complaint was that I don't get as much as the Italian men. It's just not fair - either they do less than me (which is hard to believe) or their women work so much harder which would be an absolute dream of mine.

Maybe I should sell the dishwasher and washing machine and have my wife get back to the old fashioned values of tenderly doing things... by hand...

Maybe the reason for the extra leisure time for men is because sex comes under leisure time for men and a chore for women hence the difference.... :laugh:

Italian men are culturally a long way from Kiwimen and probably have far less spare time than their Kiwi counterparts. Don't forget that Italian men take a lot of time over getting their appearance just right. As well as the physical appearance, this also includes regularly buying clothes (slaves to the fashion gods). And then there's that hand/man bag thing (plus matching shoes) too...................

Well spotted Mark but in NZ it is the other way around in far too many cases!

Best language - ever listened to to an Italian talk - I don't know what the fuck they are saying but it sounds great !!
They even have the best national anthem FFS
