Well Wanisami has had a slight hickup. The handle bars are in the wrong place, there is a tiny bit of play in the front (only about 11/2cm) and she is not impressed with the front end and doesn't want to play nice. So back to the work bench she goes.

Raced Ikasu last Sunday and am totally stoked with her performance. With Skunk not there I was able to get two firsts, which gave me some very much needed points. My riding style sucks and is what is letting me down.

Ikasu is starting to slip out of fourth, which is a real concern. I have decided to leave her at the moment as she running otherwise fantastically.

Wanisami is inching closer to being finish and hope to test ride her this weekend.

Joys of joys, I've found that the points have arc'd, leaving a nice mess of the points. $75 later and hopefully Ikasu will be revived.

Wanisami is a bit sick with her front brake required a rebuild.

Both will be undergoing a bit of cosmetic surgery with new paint jobs and vinyl stickers (replacing the painted 'zeros', names and lecky tape numbers).

Took Ikasu down to Dick and he checked alignment of the motor, sprockets, etc and he said I did good. We stripped the seat, tank, rev counter and the like off and turned the bike upside down. Using two angle straight edges and various piece's of engineering wonder he checked the alignment of the wheels, etc and found I was out by a whopping 0.25 mm!
