    Yeah, cleaned my bike, but in the reports to come, she got filthy the very next day, plus it rained overnight. Now I know why I don't clean my bike.

    I had a lot on my mind, including queues, besides taking pictures of the chickies. You should have been there instead

    Some terrific shots there, good to hear about the usual shenanigans you get up to. I hope you didn't destroy too much of the local flora with your bike (remember South Island?)

    Seems you are exhausting your vocabulary and in need of some new synonyms and similes to conjure up the majesty of the vistas unfolding before you!

    About time you slacker, anyhow seems like you are finally riding in the parts of USA you really wanted to see. Seems you are starting to creep back into your bad habits of late starts (pity, after all the early ones you were doing!)

    Did have an issue then, but it was something else... possibly the length of the route, as it ran over 24 hours... This time it seems to be memory, but there is plenty spare. I clear the trip log (only at 3-4% full) and then no problem.

    Trying to sort currently. Emailed them today, and they said of all their suppliers, the best they can get is shipping 4th August, which would be there around the right time. They've also suggested a contingency, in case they aren't there...

    I may need to contact Las Vegas to see if I can get a set there as well, or just ship them to NZ...

    It was on a side road, not on the main road. I saw it, and it was so bizarre, I turned around to take a photo.

    I'm amazed the roots of trees that big, that close to the road don't tear it up with their roots

    Shortly down the road near Inverness, Karen (my GPS, after the voice name… Australian Karen) throws a tantrum, turning off.
