Thank god we have finally had success, we followed advice from the very helpful people on this site and fitted a manual fuel tap off a Suzuki TS185 and finally the bike runs great, a Faulty Vacuunm Fuel Tap was our problem, tha Hyosung Comet 250 runs better than ever, we have checked the connections on the CDI also and they looked fine. So the bike will not be sent to the knackers yard just yet. Runs too good for that. Thanks to all that offered advice.

Well i have completed a few things and had no success and the bike still cuts out, i have fitted new spark plugs, new in line fuel filter, isolated the side stand switch, completed fuel cap vent mod, fitted new fuel vacuum pump, the carbs have been cleaned out, the only things left are the fuel vacuum tap abd the CDI unit. Any more suggestions, we are nearly ready to ditch it for a Honda or similar, any help much appreciated.

Wanting some advice as to how to fix my sons Hyosung Comet from cutting out, it runs fine for a while then all of a sudden it will cut out briefly then start running okay again, we have replaced spark plugs, inline fuel filter, blew out tank vent now looking to replace the vacuum fuel tap with a standard tap, any help would be appreciated.
