After only 2 race meetings my CBR1000RR used 1.7ltr of oil!! I read up on Spectro Oils and decided to run it on a full mineral oil and after 3 race meetings running in both Clubmans & F1 I changed the oil I rode 2585km incl training and used only 0.145ml off oil Stunning result!!!!
I have now gone to Spectro Gold Synthetic and will see how that performs.
I would strongly reccomend Spectro oil to anyone.
It seems that the Blade should be run on a full mineral oil for the first 3-5000 km.
