Finally I found myself in a position to get one relatively cheap that I could really make my own.

I first saw it on Trademe - CBR954 perfect trackbike, stripped to essentials - deregistered, no headlight, indicators, mirrors, left hand switch cluster and a few other bits and pieces. Obviously been in a crash and taken off the road at some point.

After about a month I went and had a look - pretty rough but fixable.

I got the cash together and made an offer (expecting to have to haggle) to my surprise he accepted my offer!

Borrowed a mates bike trailer a few days later and picked it up, took it to work so could take it for a little blat around the back roads of Wiri.
