So essentially what this is is a Ford model T chassis minus rear axle with an Indian 80 cubic inch motor &amp; most of it's frame minus forks etc<br />
The guy in the pic made this out of junk for the then princely sum of $18 <br />
I'm not sure of the year but suspect 1920s<br />
This device was good for 63 mph!<br />
I'll be using a T bucket hot rod chassis &amp; transverse leaf spring front end<br />
The back wheel will be using a pair of leaf springs as a kind of swingarm &amp; I'll plonk the bike frame/ motor on top of it all<br />
Think of this as an early CanAm Spyder</blockquote>

found a spring,spacers &amp; nut  &amp; made up a pair of rockers from a cut down swingarm<br />
Sounds horrendous but I reckon looks the part &amp; may even work OK!!</blockquote>

Used a can of 'leather brown' vinyl spray but it still looked too new, so gave it a coat of black bumper wax & a light sand to knock the gloss back a bit 
Now I need to make a nice pair of brass goggles, like the ones in...]]></description>

now its onto rebearing them & a visit to Pitlanes for tyre fitting 
Ill be using a pair of block pattern trials tyres 
Also, as you can see, the flywheel has been shaved...]]></description>

Robbed the hub out of a spare jappa back wheel & stripped a 23" front wheel, from a '79 XL/XR500 ,down to its naked rim 
Ill get them bead blasted ,respoked , powder coated in satin creme then Ill rebearing & reseal the result 
Then its a new sprocket...]]></description>
