If you get a tag, but somebody else posts their picture first, you lose. #2 - Take the tag to a new location (location...

    Race chassis

    Thread Starter: cotswold

I just thought I would post these pictures of a couple of bikes I raced back when I was faster. The Waddon chassis was very basic but worked very well and I think would make a fantastic bucket frame. It was light and the bike handled well, the one I had was bought from Ian Young who had finished...

However after a little Google research I'm concerned that I could run up thousands of dollars of speeding fines on my...

Hi guys . for my own amusement I am building a road bike from scratch. It is basicly a "80s" superbike /kit bike tribute using a cb900 engine and gsxr roling gear the rest is just a matter of bending some bits of metal and welding them together . I do have one question someone may be able to help...

    Thread Starter: Temporary-Kiwi

Hi, I'm getting kelford to put this grind on some cams I'm putting in my gsx-s1000, I know they have been used plenty in speedway sidebars, anyone else had experience with them ? I asked them for recommendations for a fast road grind, I.e a wide power and with plenty of torque, that is what they...

Cancer Baton Ride Postponed 24 hours

*Ride now postponed till Sunday 4th*

The warnings are out and the risks are high...Wind Gusts/Rain/Debris
It is unwise and dangerous to ride in such conditions.
I have pm'd all Regional Leaders and they are in agreement.

The weather system will be gone by the time our feet hit the floor on Sunday and I believe that is the better/safer day to do this ride.

All times and stops remain in place...see ya there.

''MetService meteorologist Daniel Corbett said a deep and vigorous low would pass over the North Island.

"This is a serious situation and poses a weather hazard for many North Island places. Gales are expected over all of the North Island. These may be severe and damaging in some areas, particularly on Saturday morning."

Corbett said the forecasters still had to see the whites of the storm's eyes, but the wind could reach 120kmh and sea swells 6-8 metres.

The gale-force northerly winds would be followed by a rough south-westerly.

Corbett said it would also be cold, with temperatures generally lower than normal.

"This is a recipe for cold driving rain," Corbett said. "Those who are out and about on Saturday are likely to describe the conditions with words like 'miserable' or 'atrocious'."
