    Race chassis

    Thread Starter: cotswold

I just thought I would post these pictures of a couple of bikes I raced back when I was faster. The Waddon chassis was very basic but worked very well and I think would make a fantastic bucket frame. It was light and the bike handled well, the one I had was bought from Ian Young who had finished...

I've gone ahead and bought my second Ducati. Summertime. Time to ride again, getting a bike for the season while the 900SS is laid up with major engine rebuild work. It can be a bit of a saga, the fun and games involved in attempting to secure a reasonably reliable ride in the sub-$7K...

Hi folks. I'm 63 years old and have been riding bikes in the UK and Europe for 45 years. I'm thinking it's time that I came and checked out the fantastic roads on NZ South Island. However after a little Google research I'm concerned that I could run up thousands of dollars of speeding fines on my...

    Ryco oil filters

    Thread Starter: Southern scratcher

Anyone heard of any issues regarding use of Ryco oil filters in bike engines? A guy in Aussie with damage to his engine heads was told by his dealer that Kawasaki wouldn't support his warranty because the damage was due to oil starvation due to lower oil pressure from the aftermarket Ryco Z436 oil...

    new 50 (maybe)

    Thread Starter: cotswold

The story is I sold my little Honda 50 onto Terrene as I wanted to build this next one. If I had kept the Honda I would have spent too much time I do not have making constant changes to it and the project would stay under my shelf. The plan is: I found a very cheap SR50 Aprilia on TM it had a big...

Rock on Guys... last one of the season. Lets put in a show and have some fun before it all runs out.

Weather is looking like we might get a light shower late in the afternoon (so could be after we are finished), although who knows as Hampton has its own weather pattern.

      Should be a great day!!!
