The KTM 790 Duke after 2 years

    Thread Starter: Blackbird

It’s been two years today since I picked up the Duke 790 from Boyds in Hamilton. There was a lot of thought before committing to purchase, mainly because KTM has had a spotty reputation for reliability on various models. I wanted something light as a nod to short legs and being in my early 70’s,...

Is it not a good idea to escape a coastal Tsunami threat by motorcycle or scooter. If I lived in Ohope , Opotiki, Whakatane , Gisborne, Mt Maunganui or any low lying coastal threatened communities I would buy a scooter to escape the possible threat of a huge tsunami. While the roads out, as we have...

Rock on Guys... last one of the season. Lets put in a show and have some fun before it all runs out.

Weather is looking like we might get a light shower late in the afternoon (so could be after we are finished), although who knows as Hampton has its own weather pattern.

      Should be a great day!!!
