What seems odd is that ACC have decided that increasing the fees hugely will solve their financial problems. This a short term knee jerk solution to not looking at how the entire behemoth operates. There is little communication between various governmental agencies and this is borne outby the fact that on the one hand they insist that we are profligate users of energy resources, (by taking a huge car for a one person journey), and then penalise to the point of crippling , those who decide two wheels is a sensible commute option. They cant have it both ways.
