Urg well i have the man flu today!
So with the wife taking the kids up to the in-laws for her sisters birthday i thought this would be a good time to start a blog.
I have had a couple of blogs before. Still have one i guess but i hardly ever update it. It is on www.Livejournal.com
I have never really been one for blogs i never really get a chance to update them a lot but well lets see how we go with this one.

This week has been a mixed week for me and Mrs Fiz. Elle has just resigned from her job having got another job at "Munich Re" (don't ask me what she dose there!) so that is good news. Elle has been unhappy at Lumley for quite some time now. This is going to mean some big changes for us. One of the bigger ones is that we will have to start paying for full price insurance which is something we have not had to do for nearly a decade!
I am having problems with my arms again. i have a feeling my bike is not helping the problems with the riding position on my bike being quite aggressive. so i have a feeling that once i pay this bike off it will be something with a better riding position. i am not enjoying riding at the mo because of how painful it is becoming..
The kids are doing well. Caitie is turning into a little madam and pushing every boundary we have set in place. I am dreading that girl become a teenager!
My old man wants me to go over to oz again for a week or so for a ride. will have to see how that goes. i really enjoyed it last time i went over but i want to take the family over the next time i go so that we can spend some time over there and the kids can really get to know mike and rhonda.
Wooh head spin. i think it is time for me to go back and lie down again. will finish updating laters
