The motor parts have finally arrived
Its a stripped down 16hp 500cc Briggs & Stratton V-twin, the sort of motor used in ride on mowers /golf carts /wood chippers etc
Theres quite a handsome motor under all those plastic & metal cooling shrouds,log manifold & ugly exhaust setup. It reminds me of a Weslake or Godden speedway donk
Ill be doing a lot of work on it including making a new copper inlet manifold , shaving the finns off the exposed bacon slicer flywheel, making another exhaust & fabbing a pair of finned rocker covers
