How long is too long?

Rate this Entry
I finally got around to sitting my restricted test yesterday, I'd put it off for so long that it had started to become a big brick wall standing in front of me! I can't believe it took me so long, but at least I didn't let my learners licence get wiped off my licence altogether.

I was so nervous that I would stall, wobble or not stop properly at an intersection. I practised around the streets surrounding the testing point that I thought might be used in the test, and I read up on what was going to be tested on the day. This information can be found here [URL="http://www.nzta.govt.nz/resources/roadcode/motorcycle-road-code/practical-tests/restricted-practical-riding-test.html"]

For anyone still waiting to sit their practical test, it really is super easy if you know the rode code and have been doing lots of practice rides.

My l-plate is history!

Ride safe
Emma

Congrats, I shall be booking mine in as soon as I am legally able to, can't wait, I am so not into being on a learner licence at my age.

I spent about 10 years between my learners and my full. I spent most of that time on my restricted.

I guess I enjoyed riding 250's, and didn't have a lot of reason to finish off my full licence.
