Get one them neat hi-viz protest kits from the sewing circle ladies, I am still using mine on a daily basis and the velcroe front has never opened up even in the welly winds.
Most vests are non ajustable and flap around.
Oxford make a proper MC vest.Sretch material and several sizes.
Does flap around at speed and fits well.
