G'day all, so today was my first official day from leaving my block and going to show my NEW 7 day old bike off to my inlaws. I pull into the drive and the bike just died.
Head light not turning on and the engine stalled. When trying to restart it just wouldn't click over, the headlight still not coming on. The dash board still lit!?!?!?!?
I called the AA assuming it was my battery. He jumped it it started and the headlight came on, within 3 mins of idle running it just cut out again and the headlight off again while the keys are on. He said take it back to the dealer let them sort it out. He didn't seem to interested in the fact it was a bike and was unsure how to locate the battery in the first place!
He's parked in the garage now at mums until the morning. ANY IDEAS!?!?!
Ugh what a crap end to my first most awesome day of riding. I went round and round the block for the last week, venture out and pfffffffffffffffffffff. At home now and Gutted.
Had a similar experience..got the nce man to come take my bike away..figured out I had knocked the (kill switch)..dahhhhhh
