Well now aren't i slack first entry into KB an been a member for more than a year lol...

Yeah well what a hoot that was it was a trip to remember longest three days ever.....


The team were off at 4am to New Plymouth, cold start an already allot of crazies on the road, besides us.

This trip was for the world record attempt at circumnavigation of NZ anti clockwise, to beat 112 hours, an us Pirate were there to meet the crew at there port of call in the north island.

We got down to New Plymouth in the afternoon, sore hungry, but rearing to go, we droped all our gear of at the Light house, an headed back into town to start the fundraising for the coastguard,,,, Meet the boat at the wharf at 9pm to cheer them on it was there first port of call an to fuel up... them at 10pm they were of an on there way to bluff for the next stop. well the pirates were ready to party before the next day..

From New Plymouth we rode to Waganui and rustled up the locals for there money ... then we were off to napier to hussle to locals there an meet up with the coastguard for a good night on the town

After Napier we headed to Gisbourne .... now that was a slow ride up to Gizzy, got to Gisbourne at midday, tired wet and we still had a long trip back up to Auckland.... wel we made a call to say it was safer for us to head back to Auckland an meet the boat there as it was running late an we didn't want to be riding in the dark an missing the boat on the home run.... so a few off the guys stayed behind to greet the boat while the rest of us headed back to Auckland..


after a long ride and interesting encounter with all the s o on the road we made it back safe an sound to Auckland city at 11pm. and the boat arrive back at 1am an then we partied for the night as the world record was broken...
