I have a idea.....
Has anyone, or does anybody know of anyone, who has successfly put a 12a or a 13b mazda rotary into a sportsbike??
I'm not talking about a Norton 588cc or anything like that (which I must say, at this time, is my dream bike) I'm thinking a 1200cc or 1300cc, maybe even bridgeport or turbo or both.
We all know of V8s ending up in choppers, which is cool if you're into things like that, but we're here on this site looking up sport/road bikes, and I think most of us are into performance. Aren't we??
Yes I know sport bikes go well now as they are, I have one, and I have seen on youtube turbo bikes with 500hp, but I like to be different. I like the sound. Can you imagine pulling up to the lights on your sportsbike.. and the people next to you hearing your bike going... brap brap brap

So what do you think??
Is it possible??
How do you think someone should go about it??
What unforseen things do you think they would need (gearbox etc)
I dont just want all your ideas so I can build one, let's share our ideas so maybe we could get a few going.

I been thinking of chopping one in half so there is one rotor and sticking it in a NSR/RGV. It fits really good in my imagination, just has to be done for real.
