We have a seat

This actually turned into a really fun activity; I basically took the seat and lengthened it by 10 - 15 cm, covered it with some pieces of highish density foam and covered it with some vinyl I had spare from covering a seat. While searching for the foam I found a couple of plastic exit signs that I turned into a rear cowling of sorts.
So now at least the back half is starting to look half decent.
I have also started experimenting with carb's air supply. To date I have run a piece of pipe up to behind the fairing from the carburetor with mixed results; when the bike revving between 7 and 10 grand she's is a lot more torquey, BUT below this she is a lot more sluggish. Lets hope for dry weather this Sunday so I can really try her out
To see what I have created have a look at the pics in the "seat and air" folder in my profile
