Have now discovered a split in the side of my drive belt as well as the stone hole in the middle. Will have to get onto this sooner, rather than later. Still trying to find a cheaper drive belt.
Anyway, finally decided to have a go at fitting the drag pipes that I have had for about two years. Bought these soon after I got the bike but then heard that the performance is not very good so have held off. Finally sick of looking at the stock ones so trying the drags. If they're no good will have to fork out for some others. Has taken me two days to finally get the old ones off. Finally, managed that but despite using half a can of crc I can't get the bracket that supports the pipes together off. Have had to take pipes into the shop to see if they can get nuts undone. Otherwise will have to fork out for a new bracket I guess.Hopefully will be done today and then i can spend the next week trying to get the new ones on.
