Hampton Downs Motorsport Park

A new motorsport complex for New Zealand comprising a sealed circuit, purpose-built garages, and apartments could be ready for use in late 2006, if all goes to plan.

The proposed circuit, Hampton Downs Motorsport Park, is planned to be built on 162ha of rolling farmland near the current Meremere drag strip, 64km southeast of Auckland.
